We never had any contacts with the staff which was fine but I messaged a couple times and those went unanswered. Accommodations were satisfactory, common areas were very nice and view was great but we felt the property could’ve used a little better maintenance

We booked this place for our last night of our honeymoon, but when we arrived, we could not even get in. We had never received any information, including any emails, messages, or anything. When we tried to call and text multiple times, over the course of 30 minutes, there was no response. We then had to leave, and find other accommodations at the last minute. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had already paid in full, and there has been no word about a refund. DO NOT book here, they will steal your money and can not be contacted.

Property was clean, great location, fantastic view of the river, quiet. Yum Yum BBQ just 15 min walk was a small whole in the wall family run business but the food was excellent. Check in and out was seamless.

Nice private room with bathroom and a large communal area with every thing you might need including pool table, outside garden area is lovely, but weather was not great for us so didn't use as much as we would have liked. Situated in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking. Everything was perfect for our stay.

Didn't know it was a just a small bedroom

First there are more rooms than parking spots so someone will need to park on the streets. I reached out to the hose about street parking rules but the host never replied back. The place needs alot of maintenance. The floor was broken in the bathroom, and I stubbed my toes. The tiles were also cracked. The room was also extremely cold. There were space heater in the room but it was really noisy and did not work well. Lastly, the host needs to significantly improve their communication. The entire street that the hotel was on was closed due to the Calgary marathon the next day. I only found out at 6 in the morning because I went out to my car and saw people blocking the street for the marathon. I had to rush and pack up my things in the early dawn to get out of the street before it was completely closed off. I was lucky and was able to make it out but I would imagine some guests were stuck in the hotel for hours because the police officer told me that cars were off limits once the marathoners were nearby. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would strongly suggest that anyone planning to reserve this place rethink their decision.

Loved every bit of the stay, from the beautiful decor to the thoughtful touches, everything was well thought out and we will be sure to be back!

First time staying here. It was very nice and reasonably comfortable. Never met any staff which was a first for me but access was fine. The bed was a very soft; too soft for my liking but I slept fine thankfully. The fireplace in the room was great and the bathroom and shower were perfect. Parking was a bit challenging at times but thankfully it worked out. One of the spots was taken up by a truck that was being worked on which made an already challenging situation for parking more so. It was nice being close to where I needed to go so that was great and one of the reasons I chose this location. Overall, things were good.

It would be helpful if the owners on the floor above could put felt floor protectors under the chair legs to prevent loud noise in the floor below when kitchen chairs are dragged across the floor.

Quirky but clean, comfortable, fun and friendly.

Our stay was lovely! The room was nice and clean, and the location was great; great to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Anything you needed food/ amenities wise was only a short drive away, or you could easily Skip/ Instacart it if you don’t want to leave the room. The shower was incredible! Like a real spa experience. Bed was so comfortable.. we had an excellent sleep both nights. We would definitely return here :)

Beautiful B&B

Great view of Bow River. Rooms are clean, cozy and very thoughtfully equipped. Detailed instructions for check in made it an easy contactless check in process. There is a kitchen that is well stocked. Highly recommended for those looking for a home like Boutique stay experience.
