Impeccable place. Quiet, sophisticated, spotless, sympathetic to building with added touches like small bottles of milk and top up tea/coffee supplies in lounge to help yourself. Any minor issues dealt with immediately and efficiently. Beautifully complemented by the gorgeous Highfield next door with always gorgeous food. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Birmingham.

Best place to stay for western Birmingham. Access to Dudley/black country; Ironbridge; Dudley Zoo; Birmingham botanical gardens; Cadbury World. Warwick Castle and Stratford on Avon not too far away. Plenty of parking. Easy access.

Hotel rooms are large, clean & comfortable. We had an issue with access codes for the room, necessitating a visit to the pub next door for assistance. The situation was resolved by yhe issue of a good old fashioned key!

Just an overnight stay whilst at Edgbaston for the ODI . Lovely place to stay, the room was spacious, well featured and spotlessly clean. Shame we were only here the one night. We'll definitely be back.

Fantastic place. Menu in room did not specify that breakfast finished at 11 we went to the pub to get breakfast at 11.10 and told they could not serve breakfast even not a croissant which was disappointing as I had paid for it

We were very happy with our stay at the High Field. Excellent parking and a gastropub next door with top cuisine in an easy to reach part of Birmingham. After inadvertently leaving our phone chargers on departure, Emma M. was most pleasant in effecting a speedy return of them . Thank you.

Very comfortable stay in this lovely hotel. Perfect location for visiting daughter at the university. Far more relaxing than the city centre and only a half hour walk away. Stayed with our dog and it was perfect.

Great room. Great pub next door. Actual breakfast is quite small… however the pastries etc do make up for that slightly. Codes on doors all worked great.
