WHAT NICE.

The place is conveniently located near the train station and a laundry mat. The room was very clean and confortable and has a small fridge with drinks included. Not luxurious but definitely comfortable. Guisy, the manager, is beyond lovely and helpful. Twenty minute walk to harbor.

Owner was very helpful when I was delayed by a taxi strike in Milan, and arrived very late. Room was clean and pleasant and comfortable bed. Happy to recommend. M

Convenient and quiet location. Close to central station, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. Clean and cozy accommodation. Friendly service and always responding in a satisfactory time. Reserved but paid parking

Very clean room and bathroom with a/c, a tv and some free water. The b&b is close to the train station, but a bit far from the main attractions of the city, which didn't matter to us since we were just staying a night after Cinque Terre. Bed was comfortable, owner was friendly and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Everything was great. Great spot to travel within La Spezia and to get to other towns. Easy access for parking.

Accueil déplorable Refoulés par le compagnon de l hôte au bout de 1h30 de tractation et un appel au service client hôtel.com à notre charge pour justifier notre réservation pre payée . nous disposons enfin de la chambre (confusion de l hote !!!? (qui ne dispose que de 4 chambres). La chambre n’est pas faite, il est 15h30… les consignes d arrivée seront envoyées par mail à 17h30 Pendant plus d une heure l hôte ne sera joignable Notre réservation court sur 4 jours. le jour d après le pommeau de douche cassé et attente de un jour de plus pour réparer. Machine à café qui fuit. Aucune compensation malgré une annonce mielleuse… Tarif du parking 8 euros plus cher que sur le site Nous partons un jour avant La notation pour ce logement est infondée méfiance ! Les taxes appliquées sont celles d un 4 étoiles.

Doccia e lavandino erano tappati..acqua scorreva piano. Parcheggio davanti solo per residenti. Ho dovuto parcheggiare a 6 minuti dal hotel. A 26 minuti da Rio maggiore.

Très près de la gare centrale!! Tout le nécessaire est dans la chambre!

Apenas um pequeno embaraçado para encontrar o estacionamento... A questão é que quando a reserva ocorre deve-se enviar os códigos de acesso imediatamente, pois normalmente o cliente está no percurso da viagem e sem comunicação. É uma sugestão de melhoria na relação com o cliente
