El personal es pesimo

Todo super bien, solo no se si es porque reserve muy tarde la habitacion, como 6pm, pero al llegas faltaban las toallas y que pusieran completo las camas. Pero en general fue muy buena la experiencia, el desayuno estaba super rico

Excellent deal, people are friendly and there are good places to eat around the hotel (just ask the staff about how to get to the Brazilian buffet next to the hotel and the seafood restaurant and bars across the street)

Just wish they had a restaurant. The beds were excellent as was the beautiful bedding. Very nice and modern.

I liked the cleanness of the property but the tv didn't work. the telephone didn't work. Also, I called for an extra towel that I never received.

This Hampton is not up to usual standards. The drapes in the room were cut much too long and drag on the floor. There is no place to hang your used towels. The "hot" breakfast was not good and was cold. The Hyatt Place down the street (and next to the Liverpool shopping Center) is much better at about the same price.

Nice hotel seems all new very clean!

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Everything expected from a business hotel was available. Modern clean rooms, excellent wifi, helpful staff. If I have a recommendation, I would ask them to keep the air-conditioning in the lobby a few degrees colder.
