1- Travelocity advertised free breakfast, but was told it was not included. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. Breakfast was very good. 2 - Clerk in the front desk was trying to charge again for the room, but I had already paid through Travelocity. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. 3 - Travelocity advertised room service included, but hotel staff would not honor it. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. Room was very pretty and clean. Manager was very polite and solved all the issues. I'd give it 5 stars but we did have those three issues to resolve.

Convenient. The staff was accommodating with my limited spanish.

Staff was all very good and friendly, the location is great for an extended business trip. There was just a couple of things that would have made this a great place. Rooms were cold and heat was not working in the rooms, me and my colleagues had to request extra blankets in order to be comfortable while sleeping. I was very impressed with the coming renovations, but this caused a bit of inconvenience, but totally excusable.

The hotel had bed bugs

They had a big remodell going on and did not let us know until we were there, very noisy and a lot of dust. Ammenities are down to the bare minimum, the room was not cleaned properly.

Its cute, the pool water has a funky smell, therefore the sheets in the bed smell, that makes me wonder if they change the bedding.

What I did like is, a clean room and the service. What I didn't like is, the phone was not working, to much noise till 2:00 AM,.

Great place to stay and feel right at home. Customer service on point.
