Great location. Great staff.

Walkable to a few restaurants and stores. Sad to see one strip mall completely ran down.

This was an overnight stop on the way to Bar Harbor. The person who checked us in recommended a great place to eat!! She was very friendly and helpful

Staff is helpful and friendly. Seems to truly care. The room was very clean, and beds and pillows are comfy.

It was hard to access property.. needed to cross busy highway. Reserved handicapped room was not on reservation at hotel although clearly stated on Expedia request. Had to wait in lobby for room to be made ready. Love Hampton Inns because usually great beds, linens and pillows. This room had sunken in and lumpy mattress and horrible pillows that wrapped around your face. Did not sleep a wink. Breakfast offering poor. I stay in Chicago Hampton Inn regularly and love it. This one in Kittery was definitely sub standard for a Hampton Inn and Suites. I am trying the one in Wells Ogunquit in August.. hope it is better.

The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful to an extent at least they had TP because our room didn’t! The room was “Pet Friendly” which I didn’t request or was informed of. Nothing against pets, but we didn’t have a pet with us. So, the room had an odor! Also, the room had a shower that leaked no matter how you had the doors situated, so there was always water on the floor and It also had mold in a few spots. Now to the breakfast which was complementary and ok, my wife survived but unfortunately I didn’t, food poisoning! This really put a damper on our trip! Look for another place. Nothing special about the dump!

Everything was great. Would recommend this updated hotel for cleanliness and friendly staff.

Clean and safe easy to get to

When we checked in there was a very strong smell in the room. The pull out couch linens were dirty. They had no room to move us too so we couldn’t sleep in the room. Also, when I tried to remove my second night stay. The AGM April was very rude and would not do it. She had no sympathy and neither did the front desk person. So very disappointed.

I think they need more help because the room did not have maid service daily when I ask they told me every three days because they did not have enough help. But the staff that I was there was very friendly and helpful. I will go back again

The hotel was right next door to the Kittery Maine Trading Post and outlets. It was very nice. The rooms were a great size, clean and up to date. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but other than that, no complaints what so ever. We were able to drive 5-10 minutes to eat at a restaurant in a quaint little downtown(ish) area near a navy port and then another 5-10 minutes into Portsmouth, NH for ice cream downtown. It was lively and fun! Most importantly, the ice cream was excellent! ; )
