The hotel is quite comfortable, but the location is isolated far from the city and there is no access to restaurants, so we only order from the hotel restaurant, and the waiting time for food to be ready is also quite long, at least 15 minutes :)

It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. Even though the location is quite far, it actually offers silence for those who are looking for a place to retreat from the crowds. The fresh air, gentle breeze, the smell of incense, the smell of hay from the traditional roof, the sound of gurgling water, green leaves, and birds chirping are so relaxing. The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. I arrived in the middle of the night, and they helped take care of my stuff.

Overall, the service & atmosphere at this resort is really recommended. The crew is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is ala carte. If you're a Muslim, you must tell the officer to cook halal food. This resort is intended for hibernation, far from the frenetic noise. If you want to go to the city pretty well, no prob you can rent a motorcycle or rent a car. Aga disappointed with the quality of toilet amenities. The smell of soap, shampoo, hand wash (in my opinion) is the same as those in hotels in Bogor (liquid blue shape), but the one in this resort smells stronger (similar to sulfur). This resort has a rate above 1 million per night, maybe it can be more exclusive in terms of quality toilet amenities like other hotels. Hairdyer & lotion not available in my room at the time of stay. WiFi, other benefits, etc baguss 👍🏻

The hotel is very comfortable, perfect for Hanimun and the staff is very friendly. The floating breakfast is cool. Definitely want to go there again.

- Facilities should be in better condition as they were a little bit old - Booking manager were not in supporting while we tried to ask for information, we received nil response via whatapps -Breakfast should be more diversified

We had our 14th anniversary in Puri Ganga. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating to my humble request with some room decorations. The hotel is not so crowded since there are not many rooms, hence, very peaceful. We will be back again soon.

This hotel is suitable for a honeymoon, fresh space completely separate from the city dust. You will completely relax with the cool air from the balcony, zoom out to see the green trees. The room is a very separate villa and decorated simply but beautifully in a simple rustic setting. You can ride the hotel to Ubud market center and enjoy local dishes or watch the valley terraces, or drop yourself with the swing swing game ... All will make a vacation memorable in Ubud.

A good resort and a good place to stay. Unfortunately I just stayed there for one night, and cannot say much about the food or the spa. But I can say the room and the staffs were extraordinary. Oh! and 1 more thing, I got a free room upgrade because of my last minute booking! Thank you so much for the experience Puri Gangga Resort! :)
