The location is very strategic, and perfect for those on a budget, but please pay attention to the bathroom, the toilet smell is so strong that it can be smelled throughout the room, and what's really strange to me is that there's a large pillar in the middle of this already small room, making it feel cramped. 😌

Initially, I booked a 3-night stay with my friend, paying a total of 600,000 Rupiah. During the first night of check-in, the staff was friendly and trustworthy, but unfortunately, the reality of the room, compared to the photos uploaded on the Traveloka app, was far from being decent. The bathroom was larger than the room, and the shower and bidet were broken. The Wi-Fi was completely unconnected. There was a window that looked out, but it turned out that the attic of the guesthouse next door was full of men smoking. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, whether from outside or from the previous occupants. The room was cramped for two people, and the spring bed was still okay, except for the sheets that had stains that looked like semen.

I know i shouldn’t expect more since the price is cheap. But to see the rating 8.1 before this was a dissapointed. The room is humid and dirty overall. The towel smelly.

Kuta Sari Hotel, located in Kuta, is very easy to access. The area is quite busy and crowded. However, the parking lot is not very spacious. A short story: I booked Kuta Sari Hotel for one night. However, when I arrived, the hotel was fully booked, even though I had already booked in advance. When I arrived, I was directed to stay at another hotel not far from Kuta Sari Hotel. I was a bit disappointed, and I decided not to stay there.

I easily requested a hotel reschedule through CS who contacted the Kuta hotel staff, it was great, thank you.

The room is not very clean, smelly, toilet flush is clogged/no water, dirty sheets and pillow cases, very thin blanket, no drinking water/packaged/mineral water provided, no glasses provided. Towels are sloppy, not like hotel towels in general.
