The 3-star rating and the price listed are highly inappropriate because: 1) There is no elevator, so it requires extra effort if the room is on a high floor. 2) The machine check-in process was very poor; the staff scanned my passport several times, damaging it. Please train the staff to be more careful with foreign documents. 3) I stayed for more than one night. I've put a room cleaning request on the door, but no one cleaned it until I returned. 4) The room was very dark, cramped, and stuffy. Please consider adding lights to the room, as it was very uncomfortable for me, who works in the room. 5) The sink water was small and didn't drain properly. 6) The location is very far from food stalls, making it difficult to get to a minimarket or restaurant. Honestly, I'm disappointed with this place.

Small room without windows. Dark room doesn’t have proper lighting and doesn’t have a lift. The receptionist was very rude. Check-in process and deposit is complex. You have to have a RM 50 currency note.

clean room but too small, pillow good, AC good, Toilet good. There are no lift facilities, so this needs to be taken into consideration if you are bringing family members who cannot climb stairs.

The receptionist can't speak malay while being in malaysia. The water was slow and the shower is a bit broken, the room was small as it only has a king bed, not a good experience.

Bed is smelly, bed sheet isn't that clean, so old and I will not come back to this hotel anymore.

narrow room. There is no wardrobe. no refrigerator. place is too far away. Hard to find a car to get around. The hotel is very noisy. very thin wall. Being in a room where the next room is talking is like being in the same room. I can't sleep it's dirty to meditate

Pros: 1. The bed is so comfy. 2. Nice interior design. 3. Toilet is spacious. Cons: 1. Room a bit smaller. For muslim, limited space to perform prayer 2. No elavator. My room is on the 2nd floor. So tired climbing up the stairs 3. No coffee/tea inside room (but there is a coffee machine at receiptionist) 4. A bit hard to find halal restaurant. You have to travel about 15min to find one. But if you like mamak restaurant, there are a few restaurant there
