The staff at the front desk and restaurant are friendly, and the security guards are also friendly to all guests, regardless of vehicle type. Parking is also secure. The location is next to Superindo, so you can shop for necessities nearby. There's also a coffee shop, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee nearby. Wi-Fi in the rooms and restaurant is also fast. The price is also right.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where the bed was infested with bed bugs. I've asked for a change, but the sheets weren't replaced. As a result, after my stay here, my body was covered in bed bug bites. When I checked out, I showed the hotel staff a photo of the bed bugs, but they didn't offer any compensation. I even had to go to a dermatologist and spend 1 million rupiah to treat the effects of the bites. It was truly my worst experience.

The place is very comfortable, it's very close to Simpang Lima area so we can easily find any resto, the rooms are clean and worth every penny.

The bathroom has frosted glass, so you can see your silhouette if someone is in the bathroom from the bed. Breakfast options are limited, with only two types of rice and two other dishes. Omelettes are ready-made, not served at the egg corner like other hotels, but you can request one. The room is for a family of three, but it's a bit cramped. There's a Super Indo in front of the hotel, so it's easy to get snacks. The plus points are the cleanliness and top-notch service.

The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, could be improved. There was a lot of dust and only a few tissues. The breakfast menu was decent, but it was disturbed by the noise from the adjacent room, which was being used for an event.
