Clean hotel, close to the mall, great

Svarna Hotel is located right in front of Icon Mall with quite complete facilities, there is room service every day even if you don't ask for it, the price is pocket-friendly, there are many food stalls nearby so you don't need to worry if you are hungry at night, next to the hotel there are many minimarkets that are open 24 hours, there is a clean swimming pool, clean rooms with great and soft mattresses, clean toilets with soap and shampoo and warm water, there is a refrigerator in the room, a hairdryer if asked and the staff are friendly.

The location was very, very good. It’s right in front of Icon Mall Bali, and then right outside the hotel entrance door, there are convenient stores, motorbike rental, many cafes and restaurants, and most importantly, walking distance from the beach. Don’t miss the sunrise while you at Sanur area.

The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also spacious, there is only a little smell from the bathroom. But the towels are very clean and there is also a fairly large refrigerator in the room. Unfortunately there is no elevator here, so access is only using stairs. It is a bit difficult to carry things.

The location is right across from Bali Icon Mall, the place is small, but overall it's okay.

Lil bit spooky. Arround 1 am I heard my door is knocked twice from outside but when I open but nobody

We stayed 3 nights and 2 rooms, the AC was not cold and had been waiting for 2 hours, finally moved another room. In other rooms the AC is very cold, but changing the water is problematic, the water runs out every night and the reservoir must be filled first. Even though we were really tired of wanting to take a bath and get some rest immediately.

Not bad. Room is clean but I think air conditioner needs to be repaired. I book with no breakfast, so I can't comment about it. Close to mini market (24 hour circle K).

Good for vacations with friendly and engaging staff

I stay here for 4 nights. At first I want to try it and it turns out good. Strategic location near to sanur beach just walk. The front of the hotel is Circle K for shopping every day. Close to pharmacies, restaurants, padang restaurant also about 500m, near motorcycle and car rental places. There are already water heaters and glasses for coffee. Warm water for bathing. The rooms are nice and clean. I am satisfied to stay at this hotel with the price that I paid. Service is also good. Recommended. For the food I did not try. Thank You Svarna.
