Padma Sanur – Superior Room The beach and outdoor areas are amazing, with a beautiful atmosphere and excellent beachfront setting. However, the Superior Room was disappointing. None of the Superior Rooms face the beach, and the room felt very small compared with other hotels in Kuta, such as Aryaduta Bali. When we arrived, the curtains were visibly dirty and appeared moldy, while the headboard was dusty. We requested the staff who escorted us to the room during check-in to have the curtain be replaced and headboard vacumed but despite waiting until around 7 PM, nothing was done until we complained directly to the reception desk. Only then were they finally replaced. Overall, the outdoor facilities and beach are excellent, but the Superior Room condition, size, and housekeeping need significant improvement.

We are so happy. Will be coming againnn. Nice place.

A comfortable hotel on Sanur beach for those seeking tranquility. A large swimming pool directly overlooking the beach.

The place is comfortable and complete, but maybe just a suggestion, it would be better if the room floor was carpeted and the bathroom was equipped with enough shampoo soap, because when we arrived we were only given 1 bottle of shampoo and soap, while there were 2 toothbrushes.

Everything is fine. Security needs to be increased, equalizing for both domestic and international tourists. Double-checking is necessary to reduce incidents. The park should also anticipate potential impacts on the cafe. Otherwise, the beach access is excellent, especially the tranquil atmosphere and the events offered on the beach.

This is my first time staying at Prama Hotel Sanur.. Very impressive.. The staff are friendly.. The hotel surroundings are clean.. The swimming pool is clean.. The beach is clean.. If I go to Bali again, I will stay at Prama Hotel Sanur again.. The best.

Lovely to stay here. They have their own beach, so you can play at the beach anytime, and you can rent a bicycle so you can stroll around just to find a cafe, etc., on the beachside. And the kids love the pool.

I really enjoyed my stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali, especially with the kids having lots of activities, swimming, and cycling. Next time I go to Bali, I'll definitely come back to Prama.

Everything is good, comfortable, lots of activities, good service, except the breakfast is not so good.

Although it was an upgrade, the air con remote didn't work on setting the temperature and only worked on its fan speed.

Hopefully in the future the hotel will be better.

It was a great experience staying at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The staff were extremely helpful in every way. When we arrived at the hotel, I realized that I had forgotten my phone in the cab. I didn’t even have the cab number, as I had booked it along the way. I explained the situation to the manager, Iswartiono, and he immediately stepped in to help. He checked the CCTV footage, identified the cab details, contacted the driver, and shortly after, the cab owner came to the hotel and returned my phone. His support truly saved our trip, as I didn’t want this beautiful vacation to be remembered for something negative. He was incredibly kind and helpful by nature. Thank you from our side. We will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to our friends.
