As a customer, you should treat customers well. I always came here before but won't come back next time. The bell man always asks customers to give him Google reviews by mentioning his name, which he never helped to carry your suitcase; he just stands there and greets you when he is in the mood.
1. The level I was staying on smelled like smoke 🤮
2. I called the receptionist to send me staff to change the TV battery, but nobody came or even asked about it until I checked out.
Your TV is old already, but to ignore customers like that? W.O.W.
3. The cleaning service, when I asked if she could clean my room when I went out for lunch, she said yes, and when I came back at 3pm, the room wasn't cleaned yet.
4. Repetitive food and basically only almost the same taste vegetarian cooking, so if you stay a week, you will be fed up.
