Amazing.. One of the best hotels. Complete facilities, friendly staff.

It's perfect for a family vacation, and the kids will have a blast playing. It's just a shame the lobby isn't very comfortable, with more shops than seating.

Overall, this hotel is really very comfortable. The food is also incredibly abundant and tastes really delicious. For a few shortcomings, because this hotel is a family hotel, it's a shame that the rooms available when I stayed were only twin-bedded rooms, which for us, a small family with 2 children, were very small. Even though there was an extra bed, which was also small, maybe next time the management could consider opening more rooms with large beds. Even though I was there during a holiday, the rooms were still full.

The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was fast. We were helped with early check-in because we arrived half an hour early (thank you, receptionist). The room was clean, fragrant, and tidy. There was plenty of entertainment, including green areas, a play area, and water rides. This hotel was a great experience. All the staff were friendly, even when we passed each other around the hotel. The food was delicious too. All good 🤗

This is my third stay, and I always stay at Eastparc whenever I'm in Yogyakarta. It's perfect for families, especially those with children under their teens.

It's so much fun, 1 day isn't enough to try everything.

The front view is better because if you get a room at the back the view will be a cemetery

Overall, all the facilities at this hotel are the best for families. You don't need to leave the hotel to find entertainment. Everything is available here, just choose indoor or outdoor. Kids are happy, parents are happy. The staff is friendly, no need to ask for help, they are ready to help guests. There are various water rides, including a wave pool. Wow, the best. For comfort, the rooms on the 3rd floor may be full, but they are a bit noisy and the room is not very soundproof. Breakfast is divided into two sessions, and refills are served quickly. The food is delicious, especially the omelettes.

Third time staying here, because the facilities are kid-friendly, ranging from animals, games, water rides that make children feel at home.
