Upon check-in, the receptionist wasn't very welcoming; the staff seemed stiff. The room cleanliness and ambiance were excellent. Mr. Fauzi was the best on Sundays, very helpful.
The breakfast variety needs to be increased to make it look like a 5-star hotel.
The poolside is amazing; I'll definitely be back for a third time.
