Even though the place is not close to the beach, it is very comfortable to stay with family, only a few people bring private vehicles for parking.

The restaurant staff is very slow in refilling food, so many customers run out of time or stay too long at breakfast because the food is often empty and refilled late. For egg lovers, please be aware that at this restaurant, each customer who requests an omelet, fried, or scrambled eggs is only allowed one egg per person.

Every time we go to Bali we always stay here and are always well served by all the staff, especially Mrs. Made, who is always informative even before we ask, as if she knows what I will ask during the check-in process. Just a little suggestion for housekeeping to be more careful about the number of towels provided, the rest is extraordinary, we will always stay here even though the parking lot is full, the staff will be happy to help us. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, recommended if you want to stay around Legian.

I was disappointed with the AC, which wasn't cold, even though I upgraded to a room with two bathrooms, so my deposit was taken a hundred. I complained that the AC was broken, and was asked to be patient until it was fixed the next day. Then, they gave me a fan, which felt like a hostel. My deposit shouldn't have been deducted.

I didn't have time to pick it up. Actually, everything was fine, but yesterday the AC wasn't cold. When I complained, because I checked in late at night, I was asked to have it fixed the next morning. At night, I was asked to understand and was given a fan to cool down. If it's like that next time, it's best to make someone feel guilty by giving them free breakfast or moving rooms. So I slept hot last night. The next day, it was fixed, but it still wasn't cold, but it wasn't that hot anymore, but it still wasn't as cold as at my house. So I was a bit disappointed

Okay, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is good.

All the staff were very friendly and kind. The only thing is, the bathroom shower often shuts off when you're taking a shower, perhaps because it has to share the water supply with the next room. And breakfast, even if you arrive at 8am, is already gone. We stayed for 2 days and had breakfast twice, but we always ran out of other items. Thank you.

The location is really good, close to everywhere and lots of restaurants. The breakfast is also delicious! Just request the breakfast area can be enlarged so that guests don't have to queue to eat, and if possible the kitchen can be enlarged so that if the food runs out it can be refilled immediately. Very comfortable for families. Clean too. If possible the studio room type (2 people) with 2 floors, the ground floor can be given air conditioning too, because it's very hot downstairs. Overall so happy

I actually like living in this apartment because it's close to everything downtown and has a quiet atmosphere. The room is spacious enough to accommodate four people, and the staff are friendly and responsive. The only things that need improvement are: 1. The shower in my room is small. I've already complained about it being repaired. They responded quickly, and a technician fixed it. The shower has been improved, but it's not significant, but it's still quite good compared to when we first arrived. 2. The parking lot isn't spacious enough. The hotel staff should ask for each occupant's car key to facilitate easy access and avoid blocking cars leaving at any time. 3. Upon check-out, the waiter informed me that I had taken four additional bottles of beer under my room number, even though I didn't order or drink any of them. This should have been checked and could have been checked on CCTV. Fortunately, I objected to the charge.

Super spacious room and can be upgraded for free.

The room was a mezzanine, with one double bed on top and two twin beds on the bottom. It was clean. It also had a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and complete dining utensils. The bathroom was very spacious, but it was only on the second floor. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially when I had a lot of stuff and they helped me carry it. The price was also very affordable, totally worth it. The location is close to everything. Next time I go to Bali, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I like my stay here space in the room . The room was clean everyday . The breakfast was good but not too much choice

The location is very strategic, close to several famous places, Warung Cahaya, Sate BB Under the Tree, etc., the environment is also beautiful, not noisy.. the access road is wide, not too crowded, with the price I got, it is very worth it for the complete facilities, towels are always changed, the swimming pool is clean, the room has a comfortable bed, the AC is cold, the hot water turns on quickly, the staff are friendly... basically, it is highly recommended. Just one suggestion for the family room, if possible, add more lights so it is not too dark.. the rest is all perfect.
