bad experience ever. this villa was not recommended at all. access to the villa so many garbage. bath room so dirty. room smells not good. front offices not exist, available person only security and gardener. so, not worth it for the price. This is first experience for me to stay at the hotel room only 1 hour (fastest stayinf at the hotel room) 😅, then check out to look for another hotel.

The service is very good but the villa looks like it is not maintained, especially in the bathroom.

All is good. The staff very nice and helpful. One thing that make us dispointed is the fruits from the big tree behind our villa kept falling on our roof and make noise. That noise get worse at night make we can't sleep whole night. I suggest, maybe the hotel can change the type of the roof. And the is baby snake beside our kitchen set.

The order did not match, I was given a villa located around Gino Feruci, not in accordance with my order Villa Caldora with Private Pool. The reason they are private pool is damaged. For this reason we were given Villa which is +/- 100m from Gino Feruci. No bathtub, no amenities like the picture. The bathroom was potluck. Very, very disappointing.

Lightning is not enough and bathroom privacy is no good. Other guess can p**p into the bathroom. Lots of mosquitoes, lizards and cockroaches.

2 nights stay here, water heater doesn't work during stay here, cleanliness is poorly maintained, staff are friendly.

The service in this hotel is good and fast, but there are shortcomings in the room including the air conditioner is not cold, the pool is dirty, the bathroom is dirty not noticed and there is the use of an unattended drone which makes the guest privacy inconvenience. I hope this review will help this villa be better in the future. thanks.

Clean private pool. Clean toilet. Floating breakfast has an extra fee. Nice bed. So happy when I was on my second honeymoon. Free honeymoon ornaments. Tel before checking in. Friendly service. Calm the atmosphere. Really recommended.

The facilities was not as I expected. The tap in bath up and closet was clogged up make the water flooded. The shower was not fast flowing and they gave us bad, shabby towel. Overall the toilet look dirty especially the bath up. The taste of the food was also bad. We also cannot asking housekeeping because the house keeping was not standby for 24hour which made us not easy asking for help.

My experience staying at Gino Feruci Villa was very pleasant, the atmosphere was cool plus the view was beautiful. The service and staff are all very friendly, thank you Gino Feruci Villa.

Pool was cloudy. The room is not as clean. The flowers in bath tub are not that fresh. Receptionist's attitude was rude. Do not ever try the massage offered outside the hotel entrance. The massage bed was so dirty and the therapists are not good at all.

The first review of the location, this must be very careful because the villa goes into a small alley so there is a sign so it can still read. For the villas it is nice, comfortable, just right for honeymoon. It's just that the WiFi doesn't work. It takes a lot of WiFi because my provider is not enough at the villa. Then to flush the toilet does not work, sometimes it can sometimes not once it can be small, the water that comes out, has reported to the management to be repaired but until the last time I check out has not been fixed. The breakfast we choose the package menu according to what we choose, overall it tastes good, the presentation is good and the breakfast package is complete.

When checking in there was no receptionist, and had to wait 30 minutes, after going into the villa at the front door of the villa there was a dirty plate that had not been lifted, coffee tea had to be requested and delivered, breakfast was cool, the spa was very ordinary and the place was dusty, the management was lacking good, but for the property it's good ..

The room is clean, the furniture is beautiful, the bed is clean, comfortable, sleeps well. But the outdoor is dirty / poorly maintained, the outdoor bathub is mossy, the pool is also poorly maintained (dirty).

The room floor is not clean, the bathroom is also not clean, the base of the bathtub has a lot of scratches. Asking to move rooms, the same room is the same, not clean, although a bit cleaner than the previous room. The bathtub is the same as the one with the first scratch and looks a bit mossy. The shower was slippery and dirty. Electricity had been turned off 2x since we arrived. When it rained heavily, it was rather difficult to lobby because no umbrella was provided, and the road to the lobby was flooded until the ankles. The breakfast is not too good. The service from the hotel staff is very responsive and very cooperative, helping to handle complaints from us. The swimming pool rooms are very clear and kept clean, comfortable swimming all day there.

It was really suitable for me, the second honeymoon with my husband. da best, recommended.

The location is far from the city center, but it is easy to find food or mini markets and is perfect for a romantic getaway, the quality of the rooms is good, the food is somewhat lacking because many are out of stock.
