The front desk service was very friendly. My check-in time was 2:00 PM because my morning flight arrived at the hotel at 8:30 AM. I left my luggage at the hotel so I could comfortably explore the area first. At 12:00 PM, I was informed that my room was ready. Thank you 🙏

It's never wrong to choose this hotel for any occasion. It will just suit your needs. Staffs are friendly, the room is comforting, with complete bathroom amenities. The live area makes it easy for you to get anywhere. Overall, it's a nice stay.

A hotel with good cleanliness and friendly staff. Although I once had a room on the 7th floor, the bathroom had a strong odor upon entering, but it dissipated after a while. I stayed again on the 5th floor and the smell was gone. Overall, it's a comfortable place. Although the lobby parking is a bit cramped, the location is strategic for eastern Surabaya, and there's no traffic noise. It's worth it. Thank you.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by excellent valet service, and then at the reception, I was also greeted with super friendly, helpful, and informative service. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet, and fully equipped, perfect for a staycation. Highly recommended. The view is stunning.
