The staff are friendly, the service is good, the facilities are complete and the prices are friendly.

There's plenty of food and laundry in front of the hotel. There's an Alfamart on the left, and a mosque in front for Friday prayers.

There were several power outages during my stay and the parking staff or security did not help with parking even though the parking lot was small and slow.

Very clean, the staff are friendly, the swimming pool is kids friendly.

For breakfast, you can help by providing more juice and a variety of fruit.

The location is quite strategic, and the staff are very friendly and commendable. The food is delicious, including in-room dining (mie celor) and breakfast. We were also helped repacking souvenirs, and they helped us with a jacket we left at the hotel, followed by a ride to the airport so we could pick it up before returning to Jakarta… really appreciated 🙏

We stopped for a night before continuing to Pekanbaru. The location was nice, with ample parking in the basement. However, the breakfast food wasn't particularly tasty; the sweet and sour squid was incredibly tough, and the other dishes were mediocre.

Highly recommended, the best for Aston.

It is very comfortable to stay at Aston Jambi, close to the culinary area too, maybe the swimming pool water is cleaned frequently.

Aston Hotel Jambi was very kind during Ramadan. During sahur, they allowed me to bring food to my room for my sick husband, and the restaurant staff helped deliver it. Thank you very much.

Every city definitely looks for Aston because it is definitely good in terms of service and room. Yesterday, all the staff were very friendly and informative. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the room window, it was really blurry, trying to see the street was a bit disturbing because of the dirt from outside, then asking for a refill on the gallon on the floor took quite a long time even though I had reported it to the receptionist, luckily I met a "room service staff" wearing green clothes who quickly filled the gallon. Then asking for towels at the swimming pool was also a bit slow, we had to swim for a long time before being given the towels because we happened to have left our towels in the room. But overall everything was okay.
