Best access to culinary experiences, easy to commute to big hospitals in Penang, clean, right rate

The room was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of food, just across the street. There's also a Watson just a short walk to the right.

There are many hawkers and small stores near the hotel, so we can easily experience various food. The staff was friendly. The hotel allowed us to store our luggages as long as we need. TV channels are very limited.

Please improve your cleanliness

good location, affordable price, spacious bedroom, however the bedroom and bathroom are not clean, housekeeping guy did not show up even though we put "please make-up room" sign

all over we like stayed in here. we didn't try breakfast. noisy off course because the location...it's ok for us. the problem is....the smell of bathroom very stinky......

To go to the bathroom you need to climb a slope, so you need to be more careful because there is a risk of tripping, and when the bathroom floor is wet, don't leave the bathroom wearing hotel slippers, because they are slippery and I slipped when I left the bathroom wearing hotel slippers.

Found lots of ants inside d kettle pot..

The reception staff is friendly, patient, and polite. The room service staff is diligent and thorough.

The place is comfortable and strategic, close to places to eat, even right next to the hotel directly food court (only sells in the morning to afternoon and closed on Sundays, based on experience) and there is nasi kandar pelita which is open 24 hours near there. Security and receptionists are also very helpful, in the lobby there are many seats too, the breakfast place is a bit small and the choices are not too many but it is worth eating.

Comfortable room with central AC (facing directly to the bed so it's a bit cold) Clean bathroom (toilet paper/towels/amenities available) Refill drinking water available next to the elevator. Walking distance to Ban Heang/Kwetiau Aunty Redhat/Kwetiau Uncle Googleman/Nasi Kandar Pelita/Zim Sum Restaurant/Hawker Newlane and others (top location right across from Red Rock Hotel) There is a rapid bus stop in front of Nasi Kandar Pelita.

Close to culinary, good rooms and if you want to stay long you can use medical price.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, strategic, lots of places to eat. Only the TV channels are lacking. Overall the best. Next time I can stay again.

Strategic location close to culinary center.

The hotel location is good, close to places to eat, but the room is not very clean, the floor is dusty. The corridor carpet is also a bit smelly. For the family room, the bed is right in front of the AC. Sleeping is not comfortable because the AC hits your face.

Good location. Near culinary and hospital. Always stay here if I come to Penang.

Since I know this hotel, I always stay in Travelodge every time I went to Penang for my med check up. Very nice location if you like to try many foods. 👍👍👍👍
