The hotel staff is friendly and familiar, and the service is responsive and fast, and the surrounding access is very strategic.

I was initially hesitant about staying here because I didn't know where the hotel was. It was cheap, but when I arrived, it turned out to be in the middle of town. There's a food court in front. There's parking, complete with friendly service. Any issues were quickly resolved. The room facilities are quite good for a hotel under 400. It's a great option if you're looking for a budget hotel that's still comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommended. I'll be back for my next trip to Batam.

For a room priced at over 800 plus tax... It's really not worth it... I think it's too expensive... with minimal facilities and a small room...

The location is ok, close to everywhere, easy to find Grab, across the street there is a food court, easy to find food. There is also an elevator. The room is ok, the bathroom is ok, but yesterday I got a room where the AC was not too cold and often turned off by itself. But so far ok, recommended.
