More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the rooms and the water. The staff is friendly. The location is great.

I hadn't checked out yet, but the staff had already opened my room and thrown away the food inside. I'd only been out for a short walk to the mall next door.

R4 parking is being fought over by people going to LW mall who are not staying at the hotel.

Hot water facilities cannot be used

It didn't live up to expectations. For a hotel of this class, there's no hot water, and even a few times, the water went out, claiming it was still being refilled, which can take over six hours. Luckily, the water in my room was still safe.

Hotel near two big malls in Pekanbaru city, rooms full of mosquitoes.

Not bad for long trips and overnight rest.

The only plus points are that it's next to the Living World mall, and the check-in and check-out service is decent. Other than that, don't expect much. The toilets smell.
