The first day our room was upstairs because the one below was full, but on the second day the guy informed us that the room below was empty and we moved downstairs. It was comfortable, but we were rarely in the room, we spent most of our time exploring Bali.

Dirty floors and mats for the bathroom only have to ask the receptionist and the mat is taken from another room.

The towels are super smelly and dirty, the sink is broken, the smell of the room is not good, one of my favorite maybeline makeups is gone!

The mattress has a bad smell. Next time, check again.
