This is my first time staying here. It's a bit off the main road, but not too far away. It's close to the UB campus, making it easy for those looking for hotels near UB. The hotel is also near Matos Mall and Transmart MX Mall, making it easy to find food. The rooms aren't very spacious, but they're comfortable, with good beds, AC, and a smart TV. There's a swimming pool (max 120 cm), and a gym (very limited in size). The facilities are still overpriced for the price, around 600,000 Rupiah. There are many other hotels that offer better facilities for that price.

Strategically located, in the same area as Transmart and next to Matos. Close to the mosque and the campuses of Brawijaya University and Malang State University. Friendly staff and complete facilities. Delicious and varied food.

We've tried all types of rooms, but the bed cleanliness is always a problem. We feel like we have mites crawling on our skin, causing itching and hives, especially on our backs. We once saw a bed with a creaky black stain, resembling vomit or blood, on the edge of the bed when the staff changed the sheets.
