All the staff are friendly and greet you whenever you pass them. At night, there are vendors around the hotel, so you don't need to buy online. The rooms are clean and smell good, as are the restrooms. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious.

I've stayed here many times but last week I was disappointed when I stayed on the 3rd floor, room 310. The mattress was hard, not soft like before. Even sleeping on the mattress was uncomfortable. When I checked it, I touched it and I could feel the spring wire. It's really a shame. The mattress should be upgraded with a new one so that hotel guests can rest comfortably.
