The hotel staff was friendly, but made a fatal mistake: I was given an access card to the wrong room. So when I checked in, I entered a room that was occupied, which was very disturbing. Then, when I was given the correct access card, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. But since I had booked two rooms, I switched rooms with my friend, tired of going back and forth to the front desk after the initial incident. Besides the cigarette smell, the blanket also had many unsightly stains, such as small but quite noticeable bloodstains. This caused some discomfort.

I was lucky enough to get a promo to stay here during the Eid holiday. The hotel is also nice.

The bathroom smells, even though the exhaust is on all night but it still smells so when you open the bathroom door the room smells too.

From the lobby to the rooms, it was very dirty, as if it had not been maintained, the linen from the bedsheets to the towels were worn out.
