Not a professional team at all. I have a meeting early in the morning and I need to ask my parents to return my hotel room key to them before 12 noon. So while I'm in meeting, their staff call me and ask me about the key. I am shock because my father already hand the key to their staff. It means that their staff is not well trained and clumsy. I always return to the hotel because I have outstation here but this incident are the 1st time happened to me. I hope their manager can brief their staff correctly about their work procedure after this. They even didn't give my father a receipt for my stay. I am very disappointed for their work etiquette because before this, their old staff are very good. Even until now they didn't call and inform me about the key room
