Where to start?
Location is good... strategic, downtown.
Basement parking is limited (here for apartments, tell the staff)
Check-in was fast.
Stayed on the 11th floor. The room was spacious and clean, but the windowpanes had lots of fingerprints.
The kettle in the room didn't work. I had to inform reception twice before they responded. The microwave was also just a display case, and it wouldn't heat up. The technician finally replaced it. Thank you.
Breakfast, for a 5-star hotel, could still be improved. The variety was good.
The beef soto was served not hot, with large, tough pieces of meat. The omelet was like an omelette, with chicken in Thai sauce, but there wasn't any sauce, I don't know if it was missing or what... haha
The basmati rice was delicious, but it was just cold...
The bread corner was okay... I liked it...
The main course area had white rice and vermicelli, hard because they used a heating lamp to heat it from above... so far so good.
We called reception to ask about our child's sandals that we left at the pool... (Okay, we'll ask the team later), and when we were about to check out, there was no information... In the end, we looked for them ourselves, and sure enough, the sandals were still on the pool bench... maybe the staff was busy so we didn't have time to look for them... it's okay, it's just sandals.
Well, that's all... hopefully, the hospitality can be improved further...
Awesome!
