We had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed their stay. The swimming pool area is very spacious, with a jacuzzi pool. The location, scenery, and ambiance were beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food offered a good variety. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

good place for anniversary and honeymoon

Pleasant place for staycation.

The photos of the"resort"looks very good. However, I feel a more accurate description of the place is"short term serviced apartment". There are 3 blocks in this facility and 2 of the blocks are occupied by locals. Block B is the"resort". Also the lobby is very basic and toilets in the check-in lobby and sports hall have a musky odour. So don't expect a resort experience as most would understand and expect by that description. Also our room had a faulty phone line and a safe box that required a reset twice to be useable.

Overall the stay was okay. Just a small comment, the plugs point in the room was not working.

Food-deteriorating. Cleaniness house-dusty bed; Old furniure with very bad condition. Pool-children pool badly maintained; Children pool slide water pump not functioninb for years. Garden housekeeping-still OK.

Please repair the kids slide, pools slide cement coroded and grow with greenish fungus, water pump not functioning.

The atmosphere is very calm, suitable for resting, the staff are friendly, there are lots of children's play facilities.

My family had a pleasant stay at 2 units of 2 + 1 bedroom where 1 of the room was upgraded to corner larger unit with nice view of the limestone & pool. The staff service were excellent especially the Indian guy at the guard & at the breakfast place. Very relaxing walk around the lake & lovely view.
