There is an extra $40 fee per child over the age of 11 that was not included in the price of the hotel per night. Staff could not explain what this fee was for.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful and the service was great. They were even accomodating to our dog; they provided a bed and food and water bowls for her. The place was neat, clean, and was comfortable.

After our stay last month my parents and I really loved our time thats why we booked again but Im a little disappointed this visit, I didnt know not all rooms were renovated; the carpet in our room are so smelly, our kettle wasnt working and the bed has a foul smell, not sure if its because of the carpet or something else.

It was a great stay. We only wish the pool was closer to where we stayed.

Excellent place

We always love the pool and the atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly. We always choose Leo Palace as our island getaway. :)

Staff are not very welcoming, poor experience for me and my family for dinner service, alot of amenties closed, front desk said we had to come back in order to check out cause it was at a later time. Just overall poor service for such a nice hotel.

We booked an executive suite for the weekend, and the room was as beautiful as the online pictures. The only drawback is that not all their facilities and amenities are open and available to use. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.
