The Wi-Fi wasn't working, the TV wasn't working, the sink had been painted over for some reason and it was peeling, and there was a cocroach in the room. This place is fake fancy, don't fall for the pictures on this site.

It was an over all average/good place

Do not recommend. Couldnt even tell if it is a hotel. Place looks abandoned, I requested for a refund but got denied. Photos are outdated.

The rooms and fixtures are outdated. The bathtub was well worn and had very noticeable stains and cracks. The TV screen flickered which made it annoying to watch.

Escalator doesn’t work, lobby is very hot, even the front desk employees look like they are suffering from the heat. Needs cleaning and maintenance.

The pool was quiet n so were the rooms, wanted the temperature to be raised buh overall the view and the rest of the room compensated for everything.

Not only were they not understanding of our reservation not being put in their system after spending $250 I had to spend ANOTHER $220 to buy a full other night. We get to our room, dead roaches in the bathtub and the closet. Horrible food, my friend god food poisoning from the restaurant downstairs and there was no promised taxi service to the airport like the concierge said he scheduled.

dirty and smelly rooms--aircon, phone, ref and wifi is not properly working--not worth it for the price i paid. I will never book this hotel again

i've always book this hotel , to me, it does not matter if hotel is old as long as they maintain the cleanliness-but as soon as we entered the room, the smell was musty and damp-the aircon is not getting cold, the electric kettle is full of rust, there's no hair dryer, the telephone is not working-so i always go down just to ask something from front desk-though we were transferred to another room-aircon finally gets cold but the problem is the wifi-it's so slow-they said the router is far from our room.. and again refrigerator is not getting cold..i am so disappointed, instead of being relaxed i was so stressed out -i will never book this hotel-the amount i paid is not worth it..

all is good just need to maintain and make sure the room is clean daily

I dislike that i got the room and there was low water pressure in the shower and then ice machine wasn’t working when needed and lastly no telephone in the room had to call personally through my phone for room service .

Just simply dirty and moldy no matter how much they cover the walls with "new walls". It's actually a bit scary staying in this hotel. It has that vibe of a horror setting. Save yourself the aggravation and stay somewhere else.

One of the worst hotels in Guam. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was gross, the shower was slippery, the windows had all kinds of fingerprints and mold on them. Staff didn’t care. I had booked an executive kind size ocean view room which they didn’t have available so they put me in a twin room, but REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE

Terrible hotel. Rooms are gross. The bathroom was slippery and the shower glass walls we’re disgusting. Stay away from this hotel

Very close to the beach. Nice hotel for the price.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The bath tub is rusty. The sink has paint peeling. The ceiling has mold. The WiFi is either slow or does not work.
