Beautiful pool area

Great

A few days before my trip, the trip had to be rescheduled for September. The room didn't have a refund option, so I was fully charged for the room. I understand that the cancelled trip was not their problem, but, as this was before the trip would have occurred, I was hoping they could assist me. I sent a message to Hyatt asking them to consider rescheduling me for September instead of just charging me for a stay that wouldn't occur. I sent 3 messages and they completely ignored me. I go to Guam frequently and wanted to try the Hyatt. However, there is no point in trying out the Hyatt any longer, as their lack of response tells me all I need to know about how they value customers.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. It was a great stay, but i did have to call guest services for a tv remote no big deal lol

Great place to stay

Amazing beach! Extremely kind and friendly staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Location is excellent, plenty of pools as well as a couple of slides for children. Close by is a great show called kårera, and if you’re up for some island adventures, then GuamAdventures will pick you up directly from the hotel.

The bed was by far the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. The hotels next door had day beds out by the beach, but this resort did not. No music playing. I would not stay here again.

This was our first time to Guam. The Hyatt is a definite place to stay when visiting. The pools, view, and food is awesome

Nice hotel. We stayed here on a layover to Palau. They allowed us a late checkout at no charge. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and they charge $150 round trip for the shuttle. It’s definitely excessive. The food in the restaurant was very good.

It’s a bit old, and is in need of new toilets. But overall an excellent family resort with children around 5 to 10 years old. Breakfast was crowded at times but otherwise sufficiently good. Pool is large and although a little tall for my son, it was perfect for little children with floating vests. Also the two water slides were fun. I brought a cheap water filter shower head that you can replace the original shower head with, as the water is a bit rough. Also I bought lots of water bottles and kept in the fridge as free bottles weren’t given every day. No need to buy sun screen at local store as they sell everything one needs at the hotel store.
