The property was set in lovely gardens, walkable to town. The only thing that would have made our stay better was a toaster in the room because food and dining is expensive on the Island.

Quiet and convenient

Paradise was great. Staff were lovely and always happy to help. Could have been cleaner as there were a couple of cockroaches that frequented the room ans well and mould on the bathroom roof. The walls were thin so we could hear the people next doors conversation. A car is really helpful as it’s a little walk into town. Great facility

First time at this hotel and it’s was great very clean and very helpful staff. The only thing is the need free Wifi.

Room was not as clean as it could have been, loose tiles in the bathroom had bugs crawling in and out, cobwebs everywhere under counters and benches, needs a bit of Reno and care.

Safe and quiet, clean rooms, helpful staff. Restaurant does good meals, the fish was gorgeous. Would stay again👍

Ideal location. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Room a good size for a week stay. Comfy bed and clean facilities.

Staff are amazing. Welcoming and personal. Hotel suffers from shortages seen over Norfolk in terms of staffing, produce and variety. Great range of tours and activities can be organised with no trouble. Most tour groups are over 70's so don't think this is a hotel with lots of kids around. Clean, good rooms, but it's staff like Tahni and Sam who will make it feel like home and you a favourite long distance family member.

Had a lovely pool view room which would have been great in summer. There is no heating in the rooms in this hotel. It does not get too cold at night but there is also no air conditioning for the summer, only ceiling fans. That may be enough as the weather is temperate in the summer too.

The staff made my stay so enjoyable, nothing was a problem, from the "Princess" on reception (tour bookings), Karina Manager( best sights to see and people to talk too), and Sam (bar and dinning duties). Thank you

I stay at this Resort for 5 nights and if I returned to Norfolk Island I would stay there again. The Staff are very friendly and the whole complex is very clean.

Paradise Hotel is currently undergoing renovations to their deck & balcony area to increase the seating capacity of their restaurant, Le Perouse, for functions The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly The pool isn't heated but for us Melbournites was plenty warm enough to swim in Rooms have a microwave, water jug & glasses, wine glasses, tea & coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Also an iron & ironing board and plenty of spare linen No heating or cooling in the rooms but you'll find 20 - 24 degrees to be quite pleasant and there is a ceiling fan and a spare blanket Laundry facilities available for $3AUD per load, a washing line out the back and plenty of books to read or swap Well stocked games room & DVDs, DVD player & TV in room with local free to air stations Bingo on Monday nights Airport shuttle pickup provided free of charge and the hotel itself is a short walk into town, situated next door to the Hilli Goat restaurant and the Cyclorama. The Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee Gardens are on the same street and worth a visit Overall, loved our stay and will be back one day Wishing the owners every success for the future :) From the two young(ish) female backpackers who the whole island thought were mental
