Had a single room but had everything I needed including fridge, kettle and sachets + a good little coffee maker. Breakfast was also very good with a variety of hot and cold options. Car parking on Sunday when they were quiet was fine but going back the following day was very tight and getting out was difficult

I stayed in a comfortable single room at the Palads Hotel, very clean with good facilities. Lovely breakfast selection and all the staff I spoke to could not be more helpful. Great location in Viborg to take in the atmosphere and Danish architecture

Room wasnt prepared before new guests, no cleaning, room was dirty, dirty towels.

With Palads hotel, it is all about the room you are going to get. One of their buildings is newer and has nicer rooms. Other buildings have moldy, smelly rooms that reek of mold and old age. We stayed in all of them as we were stuck in Viborg for a week due to a family emergency.

We had a problem with electricty in our room, and offered free upgrade better room, we will come back again

The receptionist was very helpful; he directed us to park the motorbike in a safe area within lockable hotel grounds. Room was large, clean and well-appointed. We didn’t test the en suite sauna or whirlpool bath but the shower was good and the bed comfortable. On thisi occasion it suited us that it was a room-only booking so we could skip breakfast and get on the road.

We like the location of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. However, the room was not as clean as I would like and the parking can be a problem.

Weekend in Viborg, Palads Hotel a great base to explore Jutland. Stayed in the older section, pretty basic but comfortable and clean, with a quirky feel!

Very nice stay in a small apartment away from the main hotel. Everything was clean and neat, but it was a bit annoying that you had to go out and across the street to get breakfast, especially as I am disabled, and it was raining, so we got really wet. Also, the electricity went in our apartment, so we had to get someone from the main hotel to fix it. But overall good.

Very good stay with very helpful and accommodating owners. Great location.

Vi havde nogle dejlige dag i Viborg fra den 24.-27, april 2026, blandt andet takket være et ophold på Palads Hotel. Dejligt hotel med godt værelse - blev opgraderet fra standard dobbelt værelse til Deluxe dobbeltværelse, hvilket var meget positivt. Hotellet er central beliggende midt i byen og lige ved gågaden. Meget venligt personale, super god morgenbuffet og gratis parkering. Hotellet kan klart anbefales til andre. De bedste hilsner Tove og Børge

Fornuftig parkeringsplads

Meget bra frokost. Rommet var slitt, badet var ikke rent. Fint med en liten sofa og bord . Plassering Mitt i smørøyet.

Ikke imponeret, snavset værelse, vakkelvoren seng og mangel på el-udtag. Vi kommer nok ikke igen.

Parkeringsmuligheden var helt fin, morgenmaden fin. Værelset var også fint til en enkelt nat, men kunne godt trænge til en istandsættelse. Gjorde receptionen opmærksom på at varmeapparatet på værelset ikke fungerede, hvilket de ville gøre noget ved
