Perfect!

Very efficient staff and clean facility

The pool was closed due to chlorine level being high. I feel like they should know how much chlorine to add. The pool was also closed due to water temp. Seemed they were having issues with the pool that weekend. Also, not every room has blow dryer which was annoying. Otherwise breakfast was good and rooms were nice

Could hear everything and everyone in the hallways. There was a huge gap in the door. Very thin walls. Kids running everywhere. Otherwise, staff was pleasant and helpful, they gave me a band-aide when I cut my finger. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

We made a reservation for this property. When we arrived they asked for my name and saw we had a reservation. Then they had me run my debit card to pay for the room. Then after I paid they proceeded to tell me they didnt have a room for us. Avoid this property at all costs.

Pool was broke, breakfast was terrible and they double charged me.

Food was ok, pool very cold (no hot tub), nicer updates, convenient location.

Amanda was super friendly. Quick and easy check in. Very clean room and bathroom. Would stay here again.

Conditions of the room and bathroom were bad. Broken curtain and shower also the toilet seat were broke

When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed which was very disappointing for my child. The breakfast was good and offered healthy options

Flo is the best came down for breakfast she talked to me like she new me forever that is rare very nice to see that.

Our room (302) didn’t have blinds, and at breakfast there was no coffee or milk for cereal. The hallways when we got there smelled like weed. Our previous stays here have been great, but for some reason, the quality of the hotel has decreased.

The front desk staff was amazing! There was one woman in particular, and I wished I’d gotten her name, who really went above and beyond to be helpful. We traveled from Georgia and weren’t prepared for the snow. She was so helpful and also friendly & welcoming.

Although this facility is ~ 5 years, it still looks and feels like it is brand new. I was impressed with how professional and courteous all the staff members were and by the cleanliness of my room. The breakfast buffet offered several selections of hot/cold items...and I happily partook of them! Its location places you near countless shops, restaurants, and even a movie theatre. This is definitely the place to stay!!
