Hotel with strategic location

The hotel is starting to look increasingly old, huh... It would be a shame if it disappeared... Hopefully the maintenance can be upgraded.

Deluxe room. The interior feels old-fashioned but comfortable. A prayer mat is also provided in the TV cabinet. There are also three complimentary canned soft drinks and four bottles of mineral water. Overall, it's okay.

The Sultan has been one of our heritage Hotel, it's such a shame that the environment around the area isn't managed really well. The way to the lobby is creepy and messy. We stayed there because I have an event at GBK and it's a perfect place to stay. But the room isn't soundproof, I can hear the sound system. Also the next day, when we were taking a shower, the water started browning. I assume something is wrong with the pipeline.

Very satisfied with the hotel's service

Food is just normal and regular, access is terrible, car has to circle around just to get to the lobby, Wi-Fi is a disaster. It is just not working, and the solution is to tether from our mobile phone data.

In general, everything is good, we love the hotel location, services, food, and facilities. However, some equipment is in poor condition, like an iron board that's broken but still used. At certain times, elevators took longer than usual; I’ve waited 15 mins just to go down.

The service was very friendly. The rooms were also great. Top notch.

The right choice when you want to watch the national team at GBK

The Sultan Hotel accommodated us during our transit in Jakarta. The staff were friendly, the check-in process was efficient, our room was upgraded, and our request for a non-smoking room on a lower floor and near the entrance was met. Most importantly, for us, as we were traveling with a 1-year-old baby, a crib was provided, which not all hotels provide. Accessible by car is quite easy. Thank you.

Overall, my stay here was quite pleasant and comfortable, as I've stayed at the Sultan Hotel several times since it was still called the Hilton. However, the hotel's complicated access made it difficult to explain to external parties who wanted to meet us (e.g., laundry, food delivery, luggage, etc.). Most recently, for three consecutive days, the pillowcases and linens smelled musty, and I complained, but they still smelled musty. The water in the bathtub, sink, and toilet was dirty and discolored, and there was a buildup of dust above the air vents or AC in the coffee bar, even though we put food and drinks under there...

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the security was very friendly, the facilities were complete, and the staff was friendly, but one member of staff at the restaurant wasn't very informative about the children's breakfast policy and wasn't very clear when explaining it. Overall, the hotel was worth it, and the vibe was comfortable and cool.

Check-in was fast and the food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. Since I came here after a concert in Senayan, booking here was a huge help. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and asked if I wanted coffee or tea. The gentleman with the W ending in H, I forgot his name, stay healthy, sir. Thanks for the hospitality.
