A strategic hotel for watching concerts at the JCC, unfortunately it has closed and been taken over by the government.

The staff was very friendly, the room so spacious but not the cleanliness. The bathroom is dirty and smelly.

Breakfast is my absolute favorite, sushi, dim sum, etc., delicious.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and warm. Most importantly, it was very easy to get to Istora within walking distance. So, when I got home late at night from watching the Badminton Indonesia Open, I could just walk to the hotel and rest right away without having to scramble for an online motorcycle taxi. Thank you.

The hotel is great. It has complete facilities, a varied breakfast, and is close to GBK.

It's a shame such a beautiful hotel is closing. The downside is that it took so long to bring your luggage in, almost an hour, probably because it was so crowded, that you had to carry it all the way to the parking lot. Regardless, it was a very satisfying stay. Hopefully, the dispute will be resolved quickly.

Stayed overnight for the 2026 BTN Jakim 5k and 21k running events. The location is excellent, being close to the 21k finish line. The amenities and comfort are the same as the previous two years. Still one of the best places to stay if there's an event around the GBK area.

The room is a bit outdated, but still clean. The service is very good. Breakfast experience is also good.

The staff is friendly, but slow to respond via WhatsApp chat. The menu is extensive, but some of the food is a bit bland. The rooms are large and spacious, but the shower is outdated, difficult to adjust, and gets too hot. The rooms aren't soundproof. Events near GBK are incredibly noisy.

The place is comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The food is delicious, and it's right in the city center. The receptionists are all friendly, especially Athaya.
