It was a great stay, and it's now my first choice when visiting Semarang. Especially since my previous trip to Semarang found a rather haunted hotel, so I quickly searched for an available one. Thankfully, I met Ami, the friendly and very helpful front desk employee.

I had a wonderful stay, especially with the room upgrade—thank you so much for that. Just a small note: the bubur ketan hitam would have been even nicer if it had been served hot, as it was a bit cold. Overall, the breakfast options were great.

I loved staying at the Santika Hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast menu was varied. The neighborhood is also pleasant, close to restaurants and souvenir shops. If I ever return to Semarang, I'll definitely stay here again.

Short trip vacation with kids in Semarang. The room was okay, only the complimentary coffee and tea, the HK staff didn't fill it in again after we used them all. Breakfast was good, lots of varieties and snacks where kids love them. The swimming pool area is good as well, quite big with a nice outdoor area. The location is in the middle of the city near Simpang Lima, so you can find food stalls easily. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
