Everything was good but pls improved the gym tools/the equipment seems like too old I even never seen that in the other gym studio. This is only for the gym equipment except treadmills machines. But overall very nice

Great location, friendly staff (even though I'm not Caucasian, I drive a car that's commonplace, carrying Indomaret plastic bags left and right, but the staff are still super friendly)

the staff is very friendly and helpful when I will extend, the location of the swimming pool is very pleasant in the afternoon towards evening, the breakfast menu is very varied and tasty 👍, the room is spacious and clean, oh yes if you want to go to Tunjungan Mall there is also a hotel car that picks up and drops you off every hour.

Always gives a comfortable and good impression.

Friendly and Professional Service Many guests praised the friendly and professional staff at the hotel. One guest mentioned that Mr. Geovanny, the Guest Relations Officer, was very helpful before check-in and made sure all requests were met. Comfortable and Clean Rooms The spacious, clean rooms, and fully equipped facilities are an added value. Guests also liked the beautiful city views from their rooms.

Parking service is very bad. Breakfast service, food menu, hotel rules are not in accordance with general 5 star standards.

In terms of vehicle parking, service and hotel regulations that do not comply with general 5-star standard rules. The number of food menus is small.
