The hotel has been under renovation for couples of months. When asked management said they have already informed traveloka about this but it was not known to the customer. the have booked 2 nights via traveloka. the environment is not conducive to stay, The TV is not working due to renovation and the hot water in not warm enough for shower. i do not remind this hotel now and i strongly think that the hotel ans traveloka should inform the customer about the hotel renovation in their www. This is very irresponsible!

The flow from the shower was rough 😅 inconvenient to take a soothing bath. But the bathtub was good 👍🏼. Need to repair or change the shower head. And the room service was very slow 🥲 I requested for 2 units of laundry bag (the plastic one) but did not arrive even after about 20 mins of waiting. So we just checked out and packed our wet clothes any way we can huhu. The hotel is under construction when we arrived (no prior notice given) maybe thats the reason of the delayed room service. Otherwise the room was cosy and registration was smooth.

Very accessible to highway & public transport. The hotel is very nice. But the chair is not comfortable enough for working from hotel. And you still need to pay the parking.

altogether fine. breakfast OK, location convenient. but was quite disappointed as we intentionally chose the twin room, an explicitlt titled deluxe twin but was given a king bed. the water temparatute was all over the place, no consistent temperature, cold and hot changing always.

The room is spacious and equipped with a bath tub, typical for the older hotels in Klang Valley.

stay is good, a frequent to this hotel, theyve been having a renovation and policy change, the check in process more seamless now, using gadget 👍

The air conditioner is not cold they didn't come to service.

I am very upset with the buffet breakfast F&B Supervisor. I paid for buffet breakfast for 2 adults for 2 nights. However since I was not feeling well I did not use my buffet breakfast. Only my wife and 2 year old toddler (which was under kids stay free). My wife requested to have a cup of coffee to take away after her breakfast for me who was un-well and the F&B Supervisor made such a fuss about it saying it was their policy that food must be consumed at the buffet area only. There was no consideration given that I did not utilise my buffet breakfast and that I was unwell and just wanted a cup of caffe latte. This shows a major lack of empathy from the staff and reflects badly on this Hotel's management. if you are picky about a cup of coffee might as well close-down the hotel. It was such a cheapskate gesture for a guest staying on the executive floor. Plus the executive lounge was also not open.

Water pressure is low, and hot/cold water for shower is not consistent.

Rooms should be checked frequently for maintenance. Room carpets should be vacuumed frequently.

Nice hotel for my family and will come again if app give special price. The hotel needs to look into food price, buffet breakfast price is too high.

Staff was friendly but waited too long for dinner food. The food was cold, and I ordered salted egg fries. In the menu picture, it showed dry fries with salted egg coated, yet the food came like fries in salted egg gravy. Paid more around 200 for dinner. Breakfast was OK but less variety.

I saw this wire is exposed and I try to hide it for safety reasons to avoid my children playing with it. When I touch it it causes a short circuit and the room trip. I need to go to the helpdesk 1 floor and report about it. Please please please be alert especially with electrical. Please put extra safety on it

The hotel is very good to stay for a short stay because I only came here for healing with my son, and we are so happy even though it was only me and my son ❤️. Everything, I feel, is safe and very worth it with the breakfast because there is so much food, and the taste is considered delicious. Ya, recommended hotel in PJ.
