Access to the reception and connecting rooms is very confusing. Staff service is minimal, and elevator access to rooms requires moving from one building to another. Seriously, even parents would be confused.

There is no private parking for picnic motorbikes. They told us to park at the end of the building with a small parking lot near the garbage dump.

Nice, with a pool view of the Sheraton Hotel. The rooms are a good size, with balconies. Parking is also convenient in the basement.

Okay, I recommend it. Besides the friendly staff, the views are great, and it's close to the waterfront.

Cons of this hotel: - Not cleaned daily even though I stayed for 3 days. - Seems to be understaffed. - The hotel lobby is on a different floor from the hotel, so you have to go back and forth to check in and check out. - Parking is far away, so you have to go to the front to get your parking pass.

the air conditioning is not cold..hope the hotel always checks the air conditioning in the room. as hotel residents, we want to feel comfortable when we are in your hotel. thank you

The room is spacious, the view is beautiful, the surrounding access is easy, strategic to go anywhere, the AC is cold 😊

- the room card was not working, I had to return to the receptionist desk and get another one. the second time around, its still not working, so I had to go back for the 3rd time, the receptionist doesn't want to go with me to my room to make sure everythings working. - my room had a balcony, it has 3 other AC condenser for adjacent rooms, the noise when all of those condenser are on is very very loud, they shouldn't have put 3 other condensers on a rooms balcony. - worst of all, I had rescheduled/amended the booking orde from 2 nights to 3 nights, they somehow got this wrong and was arguing with me that I might have to leave early. They eventually admitted that there was human error from their part and we stayed for another night as per our booking schedule. No apologies, no compensation - the wifi was not working, we had to call the maintenance 2 times for wifi alone. dont come here
