The service was excellent. I asked for an iron to be brought to my room, and it was delivered very quickly. The location is also very strategic, close to the airport, shopping center, and Kuta Beach.

It was a great stay here because it was very close to German Beach, Discovery Mall, Lippo Mall, and Park 23 Mall, and there were lots of minimarkets and restaurants to choose from. It was close to the Waterboom and the airport. The swimming pool was nice and clean, and the food and drinks were delicious. I will definitely come back here again. Thanks Stark Hotel.✔️🙏🏼

Overall is good, but there is no water bottle provided, at least 2 bottles per room. So, we can make a coffee.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The best facility was the rooftop pool. The hotel design is attractive, but the rooms don't seem to have a clear view of the outside. There are windows, but they don't let in any natural light or sunlight, so you can't really tell what the weather is like. I got a room with no access to sunlight (only a view of an artificial garden with high walls). Overall, it was okay and worth it!
