The hotel is really nice... Upgraded to a bigger one and was very helpful, the view is really the best, will come back there again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, ideal for your first and last day in Bali. It has a large swimming pool with a beautiful sea view; however, when I arrived, the beach was unsuitable for swimming due to a lot of fallen trees washed ashore. The resort is spacious, not overly luxurious, but suitable for the price range.

The hotel is very spacious, clean, comfortable, far from the hustle and bustle.

The walls in the room and bathroom were dirty, the hotel door lacked a double lock, and the lighting was poor. On the first day of our stay, the hot water faucet wouldn't turn off. A call to reception didn't go through for 10 minutes. The second call, the person who answered, said, "Still can't turn it off?" If we could turn it off, why would we call? The hot water shower faucet was a problem. Please retrain the staff! We asked for tea for breakfast, but it was served, but it tasted like coffee; there was no tea flavor! One plus point is that there's a jogging track at the back of the hotel that leads to Bali! Please renovate the hotel rooms.

The distance from the lobby to the resort is quite far, you have to use a golf cart. The rooms are quite dark and gloomy. Access to the beach is also dirty.

I had an extremely bad experience. I arrived quite late to check in at 9:00 PM. Then I encountered a female receptionist with an extremely bad attitude. She didn't explain anything, just gave me the room key, but the room was located very far away and required transportation. My family had two young children and a lot of luggage. I had to proactively ask how to get to the room, and she told me to wait and a car would come to pick us up. After being dropped off at the room, there was no instruction on how to use the room like other hotels provide. I felt like I wasn't a paying guest, but rather someone who came to stay for free. I feel it's not worth paying for a five-star hotel to receive such service. I would not recommend this hotel. I was in Bali for four days and stayed in three different hotels. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The staff, service, and food were quite satisfactory. Unfortunately, the Patra Hotel doesn't optimize its beach. If they were more diligent in cleaning up the trash on the beach adjacent to the hotel, it would be a great spot for children to play.

The resort is now outdated unfortunately. We had a deluxe room, the shower was not working properly. We had to have shower within the bathtub, worried about being slippery. Having said this, breakfast was spot on, a double thumb to the chefs.

Beautiful hotel located right on the beach. Wonderful facilities and exceptionally friendly staff. Would definitely stay again and have no hesitation recommending to other travelers. Right next door to the airport.

Very nice location, but some staff not very friendly but mostly are okay. Good food. Need to improve the garden (I am stay at room 485) surrounding is very dry and not well maintained. And also the building it's look old and dirty. Room building need to repainted.
