Excellent service, old but gold. I'll definitely be back. I was impressed with the service from the engineer. I called at 1 a.m. to replace the TV, and two people came with a new one. The only problem is, why isn't the AC in the room very cold? It seems like some savings were made in the control room. Asia Restaurant hasn't made any significant changes to its menu; the taste is perfect.

Stayed with family, the service was very good, the bf was delicious and had many variations.

Its nice display, many variety food but waiter/ess can't handle customers. The noodle chef can't handle orders.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was quite varied and the taste was also quite good.

It is very unfortunate that I, as a repeat guest at this hotel, had to receive bad service when I stayed this time. The waiter on duty at the Lounge, named Deri Saputra, did not do his job professionally. He was not friendly and gave me a messy coffee when I had breakfast at the lounge.

For this price, it's absolutely worth it. An unforgettable stay. The food is delicious, the service is top-notch. The staff is responsive, friendly, and serve you wholeheartedly. The room is large and classic, but clean, with no dust or dirt at all. Very immaculate for a 20-year-old room. The best feature is the two king-size beds in the non-suite room and the bathtub with a large window. This is very rare, perhaps the only one at this price. The TV is large, but unfortunately, it can't be cast from a laptop or phone. Perhaps this is a suggestion for management to upgrade the infotainment system in the room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that far exceeded my expectations for a reasonable price!

Thank you to the hotel team for preparing a welcome greeting in the room for my son who just had his birthday. Definitely, we will come again.

The smell on the 10th floor gallery was unbearable. The knowledge and skill to prepare drinks at the main bar downstairs was disappointing, and finally, the pool usage hours and facilities were not Ritz standard according to me.

The check-in process took a long time because the room wasn't ready yet, but we were told to wait in the lounge. When we went to order an iced coffee latte, the milk was out.

A wonderful stay to celebrate my hubby's birthday at the Ritz-Carlton! Great food and exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating. We will definitely come back!
