Old hotel but quite okay. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately when I arrived at 2:30 PM the room wasn't ready. I booked 2 rooms but one was ready at 3:00 PM, while the other one wasn't ready until 4:00 PM. I understand it's high season, but the hotel should be firm with guests to check out on time so that the next guest can check in on time too. The room is spacious and quite clean but the mattress is too soft so it hurts all over my body when I sleep. The room lights are not bright enough, the AC takes a while to cool down. The hotel facilities are quite complete, unfortunately the swimming pool is small and not deep enough, only 110 cm. There is a gym but the equipment needs rejuvenation. The breakfast menu is not very varied and takes a while to refill, but the taste is quite good

I had a memorable stay here. Affordable prices but excellent amenities. I'll definitely be back for a staycation at Sahid Jaya Hotel.

The location is very strategic, with many cafes on both sides, selling food from morning to breakfast, lunch, and even midnight. Access to Mangkunagaran Temple is very easy, accessible on foot. There is a BST bus stop in front of the hotel, making it easy for those without a vehicle to get around.

The food is delicious and the room is also spacious, regarding before being here it was very impressive.

An iconic hotel that is still very much worth considering when staying in Solo.

I'm sure it can be better. The first time I went to Sahid, it was one of the coolest hotels. However, 1. The power plug is out of reach from the bed. 2. The position would be better if it were adjusted. The TV is not symmetrical with the bed. 3. Repairs have been done, but unfortunately, the finishing is not good. 4. The AC is noisy. 5. Hotel rooms should prioritize room details and functionality. 6. Worth the price, I don't think so 🥲 I don't know why the Traveloka score is so high, but please consider this for those who plan to stay here.
