Great services from the staffs, everyone was friendly and hospitable. Nice place, everything works well, but a bit worn out.

Why everything had to be count? Even I do pay extra but why I couldn't get extra bed.

Resort which I think reflects the Balinese people. Friendly, helpful and agile. As soon as we arrived at the lobby we were immediately served, given a welcome drink of turmeric and tamarind which tasted very delicious. The car is parked by the officer, escorted to the hotel room which is very spacious (80 m square), clean, fragrant and very Balinese, the bathroom is divided into 4 sectors- toilet-bath-shower indoor-semi-outdoor shower. The bed was decorated with flowers and it was free. The AC is just right and the smart TV is 50 inch. The pool is very beautiful, overlooking the forest and romantic, to go down to the pool and river a gondola is provided which we can use independently at any time. Breakfast is also served, food is delivered directly to the table and there are so many choices, the taste of the food is so good. As soon as we checked out, we were given free mineral water back by the receptionist. Unforgettable experience. Good job Nandini., I hope you can come back here again.

The rooms are clean, and very spacious, very comfortable, the environment is beautiful, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the views of the environment are really good, hot water has a hot bath, everything is really ok.

The perfect escapade for couples. Stayed here for honeymoon and got upgraded, special thanks to Mulia. The room is extremely clean, staff and service were beyond superb, and the view was astounding! Defo would stay here again.

Best, all staff are friendly, helpful. Complete facilities. There is a gondola to get to some of the facilities at the bottom and you can borrow a bicycle for a walk in the morning.

This hotel is top 1 of the many hotels I have ever stayed in. The view is very good, the facilities are top, the rooms are the best. Memorable stay at this hotel.

The location is quiet and comfortable, suitable for those who like the natural atmosphere and away from the crowds. All the staff are very friendly and the live music and fire juggling attractions at dinner are very interesting. Maybe for breakfast so that the menu choices can be improved.
