Stayed 1 night here because I was in transit... Ehhh but it turned out to be very comfortable... The lobby is nice and fragrant, then they provided a warm welcome drink and cold towels.. When checking in, the concept is that guests just sit in the lobby and they will come to the guests... So guests can enjoy the welcome drink... The room is spacious, comfortable, great, no smart TV yet but the channels are complete and clear... And the breakfast is also the best, the variety is quite good and the taste is delicious... Fresh, warm!! Next time I come here again when I go to Semarang... 🥰🥰

First time staying here, the hotel service is really good, the food is complete and varied, the taste is delicious, the room is spacious, there is a fitness center, the exercise equipment seems new, the downside is that the swimming pool is currently unusable, they say it is under renovation, overall it is really cool, I will come back again next time.

It was a pleasant stay at the Metro Park View Hotel. They offer airport pick-up and free evening transfers to Kota Lama. The staff are all friendly. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The rooms are spacious for the price. The food at the Obsidian Restaurant is delicious, but the communication with the chef was lacking. I asked for a non-spicy menu but was given chili sauce instead. My order was incorrect, resulting in a late arrival. However, the staff kindly acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and offered a replacement. The attitude is excellent. The only downside is the proximity to the traditional food stalls (alun-alon), which should be a plus because there are many street food vendors. Unfortunately, the music at the traditional food stalls (alun-alon) is quite loud and plays until late at night. Rest is quite disrupted because the rooms are not soundproof. The hommy atmosphere in the room makes it feel like home. Thank you for the service.

The location is easily accessible from Semarang's Tawang Station, approximately 10 minutes away. The service and facilities are excellent and pleasant (we've never experienced such a warm towel as a welcome at other hotels). The comfort of the room made us feel at home (we could add an aromatherapy air freshener). Cleanliness is good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Metro Park. Best wishes.
