Jakarta, July 10, 2025. I've stayed here several times, and the experience is always the same. The check-in process is incredibly slow. I have to wait over an hour to check in. I don't know if this is a characteristic of Manhattan hotels, where check-in takes longer than other hotels. If that's a characteristic they want to maintain, there's no evaluation from management... well, go ahead. I was informed that a WhatsApp message came in when the room was ready, but after waiting for 1.5 hours, no WhatsApp message came in. When I went to reception, the room was ready. So what's the point of waiting for WhatsApp? They didn't even tell us when it was ready? Do they think we're psychics?
Really disappointed, no change at all.
