Fun! Comfortable and great view.

My first stay here, and I was very satisfied. The Mars n Venus room boasts a city view and a bathtub. Complete amenities and excellent service. God willing, I'll be back again.

The place is comfortable, not far from the airport, very suitable for staying for a few days with a busy work schedule.

Pay more attention to the cleanliness of the ceiling, and make sure the hot water is not hot enough for soaking in the bathtub, and it would be better to replace the TV with a smart TV (so it doesn't go through a set top box).

There's no elevator in the parking lot, so parking in B2 is pretty good. The hotel is also incredibly noisy, disrupting your rest. The staff repeatedly confirmed check-out.

Booking & Check-in: Booking through their website was straightforward, and I appreciated the confirmation email with all the details. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the front desk staff were warm and professional. Room Quality: The deluxe room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful city view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the in-room amenities (coffee machine, toiletries, bathrobe) made the stay extra cozy. Facilities & Services: The rooftop pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and with a great view. I also used the gym that was well-equipped. Room service was fast, and the food was delicious. Staff & Customer Service: All staff I interacted with were polite and attentive. One of the housekeeping staff even helped me find a misplaced jacket. Value for Money: For the location and service, it was definitely worth the price. They also had a weekend promo, which made it even more affordable. Overall Experience: I would definitely return for another staycation. Highly recommended for solo travelers or couples looking to unwind without leaving the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

The hotel is quite good. It's in the city center, near the mall. It's also close to various embassies. The water is flowing smoothly, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are all friendly. For improvements, perhaps the old furniture could be updated, although it's still usable. Good luck to the Manhattan Hotel ❤️❤️

Good place and I got a free room upgrade.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options and the taste is quite good. The amenities in the bathroom were good. The room, however, had a slight musty smell when we first entered, but thankfully it's gone not long after. We booked a 3-person room but only provided with 2 towels and had to request it to the front office. Still, overall a nice stay and would recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service is fast. The breakfast is delicious. It's very close to Kuningan City Mall. For those applying for a visa at VFS, the hotel is very close, about a 5-minute drive.
