It was our fourth time staying in Shangri-La, and definitely not going to be the last time. It was a pleasant stay, it was my birthday trip, and my husband made several requests, e.g., to decorate the room and birthday greetings, and the staff, especially Mbak Jenny, handled the requests very well and were very accommodating. We can say that Shangri-La service and hospitality is one of the best in Jakarta!

I really enjoyed staying at Shangri-La. Everything was very satisfying. My child really enjoyed playing in the outdoor area and the swimming pool area, which is very suitable for children because there is a mini water park. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Shangri La Jakarta

One of the hotels with excellent facilities for children. The pool is large. There are water sports facilities. There's a children's play area. And the hotel service is very friendly. It's definitely worth it.

Most unforgettable on breakfast with warm hospitality from Kartini, she has always been a familiar face that welcomes our family.

High expectations upon arrival, check-in at 2:10 PM can be served immediately... However, during the check-in process could not be given an extra bed because the reason is full is strange. Check-in time waited until 3:30 PM and strangely it was only after asking questions that they followed up... And strangely I did not check in early but was given an early check-in voucher. It was as if waiting to check in because I arrived early.

The breakfast was delicious and varied. Room service was also fast and responsive. Asked for extra soap and towels, and they were ready within 5 minutes. I'll definitely stay here again...

It was an amazing experience to stay at Shangri-La Jakarta. I will definitely be back to stay again next time.
