The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable layout. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, which made the stay very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good and delicious, with a nice variety. The hotel also has a pickleball court at the tennis court area—you can bring your own paddle to play. Would definitely come again

Service was good, get early check in. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Family friendly, on weekend got fire show n fireworks at the beach.

Great place, great view. Goes this place for celebrating my wife birthday . it’s worth and wonderful. This hotel is new renovated, the room is nice and lobby is gorgeous. This time not tried the food from hotel because we are looking for local food. Next visit will be trying 😉

It was a great simple retreat for the family. Everything was very good, especially since the hotel has been refurbished. Recommended for families to come.

Long walking distance to carpark. Parking already full in peak season school holiday. Park at outside hotel.Need to improve parking area to more car park.

We stayed at the family room. The room is nice, it's been recently refurbished. The pool area is also nice with two slides for the kids. If planning to come with a big family, you might want to consider this hotel as there's quite a number of activities available. There's also a kids club, just remember to bring along your socks. No socks, no entry.

Already apply room for 2 adults and 5yo and 8yo kids but given 1 room with 1 queen bed. End up have to acquire additional bed which cost almost RM300 per night. Should the hotel can't provide room for 4 person they should inform earlier. Better off it won't appear in the apps for me.

The staffs are all very friendly. Kids room so spacious and a lot of games and mini cinema. Pool really nice, surrounding beach a lot of activity.

Just refurbished room and very nice! Had an expectation that room is directly facing sea, however it is not, but that's OK. Room is clean but had a slight ants issue because of sweet drink. Staff are polite and always greet us with a big smile. Not crowded during fasting month and enjoyed my stay here.

The room is clean. Check-in can be made before 3 p.m. The room was ready. The mini water park is nice, and my kids love it so much. You can even walk on the beach. Overall, my family and I love staying in Swiss Garden and would repeat our staycation some other time.

Dah kali ke 3 kami repeat ke sini, tahun 2023 2kali. tahun 2024 baru pertama kali. dah upgrade bilik baru. selesa, view yang cantik, duduk di Premier King Room Room No 8383. lepas ni ke Kuantan memang repeat sini sebab anak-anak suka.

I had pleasant stay here despite half of the hotel was under renovation. I got newly renovated room. The room was nice and all equipment were branded new. I like the pool area-kids friendly and got sauna as well. The staffs were kind and helpful. It would be better if the hotel can provide pathway to the pool for OKU and babystroller. Can't wait to see how the hotel will transform once the renovation completed.

The hotel is perfect for honeymoon or family gateways. It'located right near by the beach. Their service was impeccable! Staff member very friendly. Also have service for playground for kids. Only breakfast maybe need to have variety but We Really enjoy the stay.

Generally staff was pleasant and helpful. Just wish that the maintenance was kept up. Was given ground floor room which was supposed to have been recently renovated. However it was disappointing. The mini fridge was grimy, the door to the balcony was faulty, the cupboard had stains (refer to photo) and they even provides towels which had been discoloured (refer photo). Also never accept rm 8070 (next to the kids playroom) - the soundproofing was bad so it was so noisy! After waiting until 5pm before we got my room, it was disappointing to say the least! Luckily the service staff (reception & restaurant) were very friendly and pleasant. It saved this trip!
