Had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Non-smoking, but still smell smoke in the room. The elevator, only 2 out of 6 operated, very slow service, waste time for long waiting.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at the Concorde Hotel. If I go to KL, I will definitely come back here 🙏

the location was really cool. It has a Hard Rock Cafe in the GF, and just a walking distance from Suria KLCC / Petronas Twin Towers. Lots of food options, and bars/pubs for some drinks.

This is the first time for me to stay in Concorde Hotel with my family. And all the things are so great here. Next, I will stay in Concorde Hotel again and I will recommend to choose to stay in Concorde Hotel to all my friends when they are visiting Kuala Lumpur. Thank you very much for all the hospitality and excellent service to us.

All ok, happy to stay at Concorde KL

Comfortable hotel. Good food. Only the room AC is very cold so we turned it off, even then it still felt cold. This hotel is the best. Only 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the twin towers.

pros: we were upgraded to premier for free by the hotel which was amazing. the room was super spacious. well equipped and clean. the water pressure was good. well stocked amenities. it is within walking distance to KLCC and KL tower (though I do not recommend walking to KL tower given its up quite a steep hill for ~ 500 meters, DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS lol) cons: the breakfast spread was subpar tbh. mixed dishes of local and western spread but not much variety as i would expect from a 4 star hotel. on our second day of bfast, the bfast buffet was packed (small cafe size as well tbh) and the managing team re directed some people to the first floor cafe which was actually reserved for premier guests. kudos for their effort but i felt a bit cheated considering they didn't actually tell me that I was eligible for this and made no effort to advertise this either. From my observation, I also noted that they selected non local guests mostly to head upstairs which I found a bit bias? but then again this was from my short observation. the parking was also in a seperate building and has a super tight ramps going in and out of the building. to validate the parking ticket, one would have to go the basement management office, then walk to the other building to get your car and then drive around the hotel to pick up your family at the reception area. the link bridge is also not wheelchair/pram friendly which is a bit disappointing tbh.

The hotel staff is friendly. Access to everywhere is close because the location is strategically located near the Petronas towers. If you want to take the MRT, it is also close.
