We stayed 3 nights. From 29 December 2022 to 1 January 2023. On 31 December 2022 the room was not cleaned. On New Year's we are waiting for the room to be cleaned.

Rooms size is good, clean. But old bed and 1026 is not enough lighting, some light bulb need to be replace. The reception do excellent job getting me connecting rooms. Breakfast need to be refill and more varities. All juices during breakfast was emthy. Hope this note will help other.

Was initially given a room where the whole floors electrical supply was down. Raymond was there to assist the situation and was rectified within 30 mins. Was given another room and Faris (?) Felt that it wasn't clean so had to change a room again. Still, thanks to Sarah and Faris for their help. Overall stay was decent but had to wait pretty long for someone to answer our call for a in room service. Understand that the hotel is undergoing some renovation so low floors would be better as it 's all new while high floors are the old rooms. Would stay again but probably after they are done with their renovations.

I had a pleasant stay here. The hotel ' s location is very strategic, next door is 100 AM mall and right across it is Tanjong Pagar Plaza. Easy to find food. Short walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. There ' s also a bus stop outside the hotel. The check in and check out process was seamless. I did not get charged more than what I had already paid. The front desk staff were kind and friendly. The room however, was a little dated. The curtain was a bit dirty. The room didn't get sunlight at all. The sheets had an old but washed stain and they didn't change the sheets during the four nights I stayed there (I presumed it was courtesy when they did the daily cleaning). By the time I noticed the sheets weren't changed, it was already late in the night I just wanted to sleep. They replaced the towels everyday though. The tap water didn't taste great but they were generous with bottled water. The safety deposit box was not functional but it got repaired straight away after I reported it to the front desk. The TV wasn't a Smart TV but it wasn't a great concern since I was spending most of the days outside. Overall I had a good experience, but it wasn't necessarily amazing. The staff were very accommodating though.

Super long wait for check in (only one counter is open) and the queue is building up. Bedsheet is stained and torn. Patio along the window is dusty and look like no one been cleaning for at least 3 to 4 days. Breakfast selection is super limited and it 's the same dishes for two days of my stay without any changes.

Some of the hooks are not secured. The panel for putting the room key for electricity fell off. Bathtub condition feels like quite used. Other then that, the beds are OK. The room carpet is OK.

Room was not up to standards, fridge in the room was faulty and not functioning well, unable to chill any drinks. Also, the service was extremely slow, asking for something as simple as wine glasses took as long as 20-30 minutes wait. Room was not entirely clean, this was another huge issue. And honestly if I'm paying for Premium Executive I would hope I am getting a room worthy of that title, not another normal Queen sized bed room with a fancy name that costs significantly higher than normal Executive or King rooms. I also paid for breakfast, in which I was told was a set style breakfast instead of a buffet style breakfast, this is wholly unsatisfactory, we finally have buffets back and the hotel is skimping away on buffet breakfasts for their patrons? Are you kidding me, do better please!
